Ravish Kumar resigned bgecause Adani has taken over NDTV -

NDTV's President Suparna Singh sent a mail to her employees writing in that, Ravish Kumar has sent her a resignation letter on an immediate time period, and she had accepted his resignation on an immediate note. Ravish Kumar has resigned from NDTV because ADANI group has take-over NDTV Channel.

In August this year 2022, Adani Group had bought NDTV's 29.18% share, and to take on rest of the share they gave the open offer to all.

It was already expected that NDTV's former and senior faces will resign from the company when Adani took channel's half share in August
